I knew at a very young age that Arabian horses would shape my life — they have been woven into my very being. Never did I imagine, though, that the Arabian horse would take me to the most beautiful and culturally enriched places on our planet. Across Canada, the United States, around Europe, throughout the Middle East — and now to South America — in Bogotá, Colombia.
I have experienced incredible places and met people who have become family — today was just over the top with all the senses heightened visiting with passionate Arabian horse owners Rodrigo Noguera & Alejandra Noguera Reyes at their spectacular Haras Cencerro — incredibly gracious hosts, I toured what is perhaps one of the most beautiful, serene, and picturesque Arabian horse farms I have ever seen. Tucked into the mountainside of the Colombian countryside gives way to stunning landscapes, unimaginable architecture, and of course very, very special Arabian horses dotting the hills and valley surrounding the farm!
They are exceptional breeders; the famed U.S. National Champion Mare *LAN Chavela hails from their Haras Cencerro breeding program as does her daughter *LAN Exotica. I’ll share more later from our photoshoot — but here is just a glimpse into what is an absolute paradise 🇨🇴
