Another stop on my 2015 World Tour was traveling to Ramona, California – about an hour outside of San Diego, to the famed North Arabians. What a way to top off an already super week spent in California than a drive down south to Ramona. My thanks to Robert & Dixie for a very special visit to their North Arabians just outside of San Diego. Robert & Dixie have built an incredible breeding program and is home to one of the most elite band of breeding mares found anywhere in the world.
It is no wonder why the “NA” prefix has become synonymous with extreme beauty and athleticism – two characteristics usually not found in any one program. It was wonderful to see their outstanding collection of 2015
foals sired by super-sires Ever After NA and Grand Commandd (and of course the Psyche legacy) – no doubt that the bloodstock of finely bred Arabian horses can be found right here in Ramona with the assurance of the prepotency of one of the most evolved breeding programs in the world. Thank you Robert, thank you Dixie, for sharing what was the perfect ending to a perfect week.
