For over 50 years, Manny Vierra of Valley Oak Arabians of Brentwood, California has relentlessly pursued his passion: breeding Arabian horses. It is a passion that has taken him to the far-flung corners of the world, importing horses from Europe, the Middle East and South America, in an effort to find that special “ingredient” for his breeding program. Though his is well regarded for his success with certain bloodlines, such as the Polish or Straight Egyptian, he is not held captive to them and is unafraid to chart his own course.
